Vanilla Sponge- Mauritian vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve.
Vanilla Caramel Creme- Mauritian vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream, caramelised lotus biscuit and topped with caramel.
Strawberry Champagne - Fresh strawberry sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and a champagne infused English strawberry conserve.
Raspberry Ripple - An indulgent raspberry sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve.
Chocolate - A very rich Belgian chocolate sponge filled with a tasty vanilla buttercream.
Pina Colada - A coconutty and pinaple sponge filled with vanilla buttercream.
Salted Caramel - An indulgent caramel sponge filled with salted caramel buttercream and topped with caramel

When ordering a cake from our online shop you will be asked to indicate a date and time for delivery. Please note that cakes can only be delivered a minimum of 48 hours after placing an order. This is because all our cakes are freshly baked just for you!
We try to deliver to all postcodes. Delivery outside of Hertfordshire is limited to only cakes that can be posted. Buttercream and fondant finished cakes cannot be posted or delivered outside of Hertfordshire. Please contact us to arrange shipping cost.
